If your family is new to the Milford School District, or you have a child entering school for the first time, please be sure to register as early as possible in order to avoid bus and/or classroom scheduling difficulties. 

To register you will need:

Birth certificate

• Proof of state required immunizations
• Proof of residence - Rent receipt, lease, deed, gas/electric bill and real estate agreements are all accepted

In addition, when applicable:

• Custody/Guardianship papers
• Official withdrawal form from previous school
• Individual Education Plan (IEP)
• Copy of most recent standardized testing report
• Report cards and transcripts (Middle/High School)

Please bring this information to the school your student will be attending. Be sure to call the school in advance to schedule a time to register.

Note: All children entering Kindergarten will be tested.
